Independent help for Filee users

Filee Wiki is an independent English guide to Filee, the desktop file converter developed by Myeonggu Kim (KnifeLemon). We are not affiliated with the developer, and this site is not the official software download or support service.

Our job is to make common tasks easier to follow: choose the correct installation package, make a first conversion, identify an engine requirement, understand a PDF output, automate a batch, or narrow down a failure.

How the guides are written

Filee Wiki editors check the official website, README, engine documentation, release notes and relevant public GitHub, Reddit and X discussions. The current guide set was reviewed on October 19, 2026 against release 1.12.0. Sources appear with each guide. A release review date indicates a documentation check, rather than a test of every conversion on every supported platform.

We attribute user reports and describe their scope. A report from one file does not establish a universal defect. Our command examples are labeled as documented examples, and screenshots are attributed to the official repository. We do not fabricate benchmarks, endorsements or hands-on results.

Software and screenshots

Filee is MIT-licensed software. Its name belongs to the project. The screenshots used here are from the project's documentation and carry the MIT notice. Our wiki identity is separate from the application's identity. Installers and release downloads are linked to the official GitHub project; we do not mirror packages.

Corrections

Send the affected guide URL and the specific issue through our contact page. For an application bug, the official issue tracker is the right place to provide a safe reproduction. We cannot change the desktop application's behavior.
